How to Create Text in Water Effect in Photoshop, Step by Step Tutorial With PSD Source

[1] Search any Under water wallpaper from google or you can get mine by downloading PSD from the end.

[2] Add Some Text

[3] Now Search another shining water image from google and drag it on the document

[4] Now Press Ctrl and Goto Layer’s window and Click on Text Layer to load Selection as shown

[5] Now Press Ctrl+C to Copy and Ctrl+V to paste it as shown

[6] Similarly do it on the other text layer

[7] Open Blending Options and set its setting as shown

Now you have something like that

[8] Now Create new layer and Select Any Star Brush and make some stars around text,its optional.

[9] Change Stars brush layer’s style to Overlay and its Done.
